We plan and lead the separation alongside management: the operating model, processes, data, and systems a business needs to run on its own, and a clean exit from transition services.
Establish the separation blueprint, leadership forums, workstreams, decision rights, and Day 1 scope required to move from transaction intent to standalone execution.
Determine which services remain dependent on the parent, for how long, at what cost, and under what commercial and operating arrangements.
Validate that the separated business can operate its critical capabilities on Day 1 across people, processes, data, and systems.
Define how the separated business will operate independently, including functional ownership, service delivery, organization, and ways of working.
Separate and establish the processes, data, and technology required for standalone operations, including ERP, HCM/HRIS, CRM, and other critical platforms.
Exit transitional dependencies as standalone capabilities become operational, reconcile remaining obligations, and transition open workstreams to internal owners.
Critical data moves into the target environment only after it has been checked for completeness, validated against business rules, mapped and signed off by its owners, and reconciled through to reporting. Readiness is planned alongside the enterprise systems, so data and platforms are ready together.
