Privacy notice
Effective October 28, 2026
Confluence Advisory LLC ("Confluence," "we," "us") operates getconfluent.com. This notice explains what information we collect through this website and how we use it.
What we collect
When you use our contact form, we collect the information you provide: your name, company, email address, the type of engagement, and your message. If you email us directly, we receive your email address and whatever you include in your message.
Like most websites, our hosting provider automatically records basic technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages requested. Our hosting provider (GoDaddy) sets basic first-party cookies to measure site traffic. We do not use advertising cookies.
How we use it
We use the information you send us only to respond to your inquiry and to manage any resulting business relationship. We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not add you to marketing lists unless you ask us to.
Service providers
We rely on a small number of providers to run this website and our communications. Each handles information on our behalf and under its own privacy terms:
- Formspree receives contact form submissions and forwards them to us by email.
- GoDaddy hosts this website and measures site traffic.
- Microsoft 365 provides our email.
- Google Fonts delivers the typefaces used on this site, which involves your browser connecting to Google's servers.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiry information for as long as needed to respond and for reasonable business recordkeeping, and then delete it.
Your choices
You can ask us what information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing info@getconfluent.com. We will respond within a reasonable time.
Changes
We may update this notice from time to time. The effective date above shows when it was last revised.
